Hair should be about 1/4 inch, roughly the length of a grain of rice, for the wax to grip properly. If too short, we may ask you to wait. If too long, we trim for a comfortable service.

Sensation varies but most clients describe brief discomfort during strip removal. To reduce pain, exfoliate beforehand, avoid caffeine, breathe deeply, and schedule at a comfortable time. Our technicians use techniques and soothing products to minimize irritation.

Typically every 4 to 6 weeks depending on individual hair growth cycles. Regular waxing can slow regrowth and soften hair, which may allow longer intervals over time. We’ll recommend a personalized schedule based on your results.

Avoid hot baths, saunas, intense exercise, and sun exposure for 24 to 48 hours. Use gentle, fragrance-free moisturizers and avoid exfoliating for two days. Apply cool compresses or our calming gel for irritation and contact us with concerns.

Active sunburn, open wounds, recent chemical peels, contagious skin conditions, and certain medications like isotretinoin can prevent waxing. Please disclose medications and skin issues when booking so we can advise or reschedule safely.

Pregnancy is generally safe for leg waxing, though sensitivity and circulation can change. Tell us if you’re pregnant so we can adjust technique and positioning for comfort. Consult your healthcare provider if you have pregnancy complications or medication concerns.
