Get answers to common questions about Waxing - Nose.
Most clients feel brief stinging or tugging during nasal waxing, typically tolerable and gone quickly. We use gentle technique, calming sprays, and can offer numbing if needed for nervous clients.
Results usually last two to four weeks depending on individual growth cycles and hormone levels. Regular sessions can gradually extend time between appointments and often produce finer, less noticeable regrowth.
We perform a quick patch test and review your medical history for allergies or sensitivities. If you have severe skin conditions or active infections, we recommend avoiding waxing until cleared by a physician.
Shaving inside the nostrils is not recommended; it can cause irritation and uneven regrowth. Carefully trimming visible nose hairs with dedicated scissors is safer, or schedule regular waxing appointments instead.
Avoid blood-thinning medications, heavy alcohol, and vigorous exfoliation 24–48 hours before your appointment. Clean the area and arrive without creams, oils, or strong fragrances to ensure optimal, comfortable waxing results experience.
Apply a cool compress and gentle, fragrance-free moisturizer after waxing. Avoid touching, saunas, and heavy sweating for 24 hours. If redness, swelling, or unusual pain persists, contact us for guidance.
